It all started nicely in the morning. And as the parking is on top of a mountain, it was all downhill. And because we walked in the shade a lot of the time it was even cool! On the way we saw great tree forms nice paths, on some spots lots of birds (especially close to the little "restaurant" we visited on our way back), a great waterfall and it was not as busy as we had expected looking at the amount of cars on the parking lot. Must have been because the path splits and you can take the long path or the short path. We took the short path and it was plenty long for us. As you can imagine, when you go downhill... you must go uphill later on. Going uphill in the afternoon means in this case the sun is on that side... So the climbing and the heat... We were happy we finally reached the car. Only to find someone must have used other means of transportation. A cow was "parked" between the cars!
