Madeira 2024 - Fanal Forest

On our second full day on the island we decided to do a road trip. This took us first from Funchal to Fanal Forest. I had seen lots of photographs from the forest in the mist but we arrived to no mist and blue skies. Nevertheless a beautiful sight but a different approach is needed to photograph these wonderful trees. Our next stop was Ilheus da Ribeira da Janela which you can view on a separate page.
