Sea eagles at Lofoten

What a spectacular sight to see. We took a special boat ride to see the eagles in an area where they can be seen (if they let you). We spent a good part of the day on the boat and finally got to see two of them closeby enough to be able to take some pictures. Bear in mind the whole sequence you see here is the result of only just 4 minutes of being able to take pictures! They suddenly were close to the boat without warning and they were gone before we knew it. Good thing I was well prepared and had my camera settings all set up beforehand. For the landscape photos I used another camera with a different lens. Even though it was only a short amount of time, it was super exciting to experience. Happy we took the time and that the weather was as good as t was. It made for good light.
